Carpet Cleaning
We at Garden State Janitorial use a carpet cleaning method that is considered a Dry Method Carpet Cleaning process, although the system is not completely dry.
The way this system works is that we use a process of treating your carpet with cleaning solvents, deodorizer, and sanitizers. We also treat for spots and stains.
The next process is we go over the carpet with a powerful floor machine that has a high absorbent pad that massages the carpet fibers and draws the dirt and moisture into the pad. We repeat this process throughout the home from room to room.
In most cases the first few rooms that we do will be dry before we leave the home and the following rooms usually will dry within an hour or less.
This system is similar to ChemDry, however we feel our technique is much better and our clients agree.
This system has many advantages over heavily wetting a carpet which can cause long drying times and the possibility of mold and mildew growth.
